All Returns must be in original unopened packaging for a full refund, minus shipping, within 7 business days of delivery. Opened, unwanted units are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 business days and include the original packaging. Missing Packaging, missing parts, wear and tear, accidental damage or other issues will incur a 40% restocking fee and will only be eligible for credit, which may not be applied toward shipping or taxes. Other fees and exclusions apply. Gilson Tech has the right to refuse service and refunds as deemed fit. Special Orders or custom product orders may not be eligible for a refund, return, exchange or credit.
